My passion has always been the body and its amazing ability to perform so many incredible endeavors, including the most awe inspiring one of healing itself, given the appropriate environment. After working in allopathic medicine for 20+ years, the recognition that this method of healing wasn't enough on its own, lead me to explore other modalities.

As I was exposed to therapeutic massage, yoga therapy, Ayurveda, Functional Medicine and ultimately Energy Medicine, I was embodying an understanding of something I had always known...true health includes the body, mind, and spirit. Complete healing is not possible without addressing the entire individual and this includes issues that might not even be known to the patient on a conscious level. Every thought, emotion, belief, and experience effects our health, in my opinion, more than our genetics, surgeries, and medications.

My desire is to serve patients with the knowledge gained from all my educational opportunities. Helping them understand the power of healing they hold within themselves, as we work together, to create an optimal biophysical, psychological and spiritual environment required for that healing to occur.

My hours are very flexible and I prefer patients call, text, or email for information about appointment times rather than have rigid office hours.

I work both in person and remotely. I am able to help clarify questions regarding diagnoses or test results someone may have received, however, the majority of my time and energy will be spent working together, with the patient, to improve their health through methods they can implement into their lives without adverse side affects.
